ARRA SERVICES provides food-related services including catering, tiffin services, healthy meals, customized snacks, party food orders, on-tour catering, and other food products as listed on our website.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation from ARRA SERVICES.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable GST and taxes, if any, will be charged as per Government regulations.
Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Payments
We accept payments through secure payment gateways including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other available payment methods. ARRA SERVICES does not store your card or banking details. All payment transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateway providers.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, traffic, or operational conditions.
Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
6. Food Quality
We maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Customers are advised to consume food immediately after delivery or store it appropriately.7. Customer Responsibility Customers must provide accurate contact details, delivery address, and order information. ARRA SERVICES will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.8. Intellectual Property
