ARRA SERVICES – Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 30, 2026
Food Orders
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before preparation has started.
Once food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.
Catering Orders
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before the event: Full refund after deducting any advance expenses, if applicable.
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the event: Up to 50% cancellation charges may apply.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled event: No refund.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
ARRA SERVICES reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.
For cancellation requests, customers should contact ARRA SERVICES as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the website.
